Particiapnts will be staying at Perth Hall, University of Western.
Participants will be in rooms of 2, pods of 4. The hall is very modern
and extremely clean and a full hot breakfast will be served on the main
floor of this very building every morning. Please be advised rooms and
breakfasts are included with the teams entrance fees.
Accomodations include: washing machines available (at a charge, cards
can be purchased for use), access to computers for e-mailing home, full
24 hour security, private lounges for each floor, a private bathroom for
every four people, pay phones on site as well as local access phones in
the rooms and a volleyball pitch and basketball courts.
If a team would like to arrange for additional days of accommodation at
Perth Hall they must e-mail conference.services@uwo.ca..
Please identity yourself as being a team involved with Youth World Cup
and provide your team name (country). You will need to include your
full mailing address, contact information, arrival and departure dates
and rooming list. You will be invoiced separately at a rate of $49.95
per person based upon twin occupancy and $59.55 based upon single (plus
taxes). Adult chaperons will have to be with the youth at all times.

The Four
Points Sheraton London and Best
Western Lamplighter Inn London are the two hotels that we have chosen
for the families. Click on the icons below and you will find a rate sheet
for both as well as some basic information on both hotels. (These are
negotiated reduced rates for YWC) Families are welcome to make their own
reservations and we would suggest they do it well in advance as space
is limited. All contact information is included in the links below.
Transportation from the Airport
We have arranged for a cut rate on transportation to and from either
the Toronto airport to London or the Detroit airport to London with a
company by the name of Robert Q Airbus.
Each team is to book and pay for this service individually and Robert
Q Airbus suggests that these bookings be made ASAP, so that they can set
aside the appropriate sized and number of transport vehicles.
Individuals booking the scheduled line run from Toronto or Detroit airport
to London can receive a 15% discount by quoting the following conference
code when calling to make a reservation or booking on the Robert Q Airbus
Website. (Code is 1969)
Please note….when booking the team must mention that you wish to
be taken to Perth Hall, University of Western ON, otherwise you will end
up at the London central depot…nowhere close to Perth Hall.
