What other activities are available for participants?
Participants will have the opportunity to partake in clinics and seminars given by some of the top Horsemen in the industry. They will also have the opportunity to experience tourist attractions and culture characteristic to the host country.
Where will the teams be housed? Who is included in the housing?
The teams will be housed on the University of Western Ontario grounds, specifically at Perth Hall. One coach and a team of five are included in the housing. (This is covered with your registration fees) If you have additional coaches, managers, mentors or non participating team members, you must inform us ASAP and an additional fee of $1000.00 per person will be required. Once you inform us of these additions, we will book additional rooms and breakfasts at Perth Hall for those people as well. (Please send in your numbers as soon as possible to facilitate proper planning!)

What time is Check-In on Saturday July 5, 2008?
Check in time at Perth Hall is 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, if your flights do not allow for you to arrive in these windows of opportunity, please provide us with your arrival times in advance so that we can make the appropriate arrangements on your behalf.

Family and Friends
The Four Points Sheraton London and Best Western Lamplighter Inn London are the two hotels that we have chosen for the families. Click on the icons below and you will find a rate sheet for both as well as some basic information on both hotels. (These are negotiated reduced rates for YWC) Families are welcome to make their own reservations and we would suggest they do it well in advance as space is limited.

Activities and Tourist Opportunities
The kids will have plenty of opportunity to get to know each other with a myriad of activities being planned for them throughout the week. Our itinerary is not 100% confirmed as of yet but one of the highlights will be a trip to one of the Natural World Wonders – Niagara Falls.

What to Bring!
Make sure the kids bring jeans, t-shirts (both long and short sleeved), shorts, bathing suits, sun screen, sun hats, a light jacket for cool nights, all personal care items, sleepwear, running shoes etc. We highly recommend that the kids leave their laptops,
i-pods, cell phones etc. at home. Pay phones are available at Perth Hall and there is a computer room on site at Perth Hall that the kids can use to e-mail family and friends. The organizers of Youth World Cup and the management at Perth Hall will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or broken goods.

What if my team needs ot book extra days at the the University of Western Ontario?
If a team would like to arrange for additional days of accommodation at Perth Hall they must e-mail conference.services@uwo.ca..  Please identity yourself as being a team involved with Youth World Cup and provide your team name (country).  You will need to include your full mailing address, contact information, arrival and departure dates and rooming list.  You will be invoiced separately at a rate of $49.95 per person based upon twin occupancy and $59.55 based upon single (plus taxes).  Adult chaperons will have to be with the youth at all times.
